TOTAL ASSISTENCE TO THE EXHIBITOR

OFFICIAL CATALOG OF EXPOPRINT 2014

An Official Catalog of ExpoPrint 2014 will be created in which will be present the names of the participating companies and their respective registration information, such as address, telephone, e-mail and website. The insertion of your company’s information will occur free of charge once participation in the event is confirmed.

VISUAL SIGNALING

Elaboration of the visual signaling within the pavilion and on streets adjacent to ExpoPrint 2014 for better localization for the visitor and exhibitor.

FACILITIES

The exhibitor may count on 24 hour support teams. These teams are responsible for the installation and maintenance of sources of electricity, water and compressed air and they will be available to the exhibitor as of the first day of set up until the last day of dismantling.

CUSTOMS AGENT

Partnership with specialized companies in clearance of goods for exhibit, providing guidelines to national and international exhibitors regarding importation procedures.

OFFICIAL COMPANY FOR SET UP

One or more assembly companies will be selected for the construction of common areas, basic stands and support for the installation of equipment and machinery in the stands.

SERVICES

Medical, security and cleaning teams will be covering the entire event and offering support for exhibitors, set up companies and visitors.
